Anaerobic Chemical Adhesives

  • Medium Strength (Blue 242/243): Disassembles with standard hand tools; seals against moisture and minor vibration up to 150°C.
  • High Strength (Red 271/263): Permanent locking; requires localized heat (250°C) and high break-away torque for removal.

Wedge-Locking Washers (Nord-Lock)

Nord-Lock washers use cam-geometry to lock bolts mechanically. The cam angle between the washer pair is greater than the bolt thread pitch, creating a physical wedge effect that increases bolt tension if the fastener attempts to turn loose.
