We want you to have complete confidence in every fastener purchase. If you receive an incorrect size, defective product, or damaged shipment, you may request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
- Fasteners must remain unused, unthreaded, and in their original packaging boxes.
- Partial pack consumption or modified hardware cannot be accepted for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Simply message our WhatsApp support desk at +91 81077 53647 or email manager@screwnet.in with your Order ID and photos of the received goods. Our team will arrange reverse pickup where serviceable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 3 to 5 business days after inspection at our Udaipur fulfillment facility.
